The government should immediately address problems of Gurukul Hostels.
Government hostels belonging to general SC, ST, BC and minorities in Telangana state have become a breeding ground for problems. Many hostels do not have basic amenities. Poor students are torn between problems and family situations in hostels. Similarly, the lives of students in Telangana state are not guaranteed. The facilities and facilities required for the students in government general gurukul schools are not proper. Similarly, governments are not in a position to provide basic amenities and facilities to women students.
It is the responsibility of the Gurukuls and the government to provide all the necessary facilities to the students during the upcoming exams, especially in the schools of ST, SC, BC and Minority Gurukuls, and to prepare them for the exams with a calm mind and without any pressure on the children. In view of this, student organisations like PDSU, Jai Swaraj Students’ Union, APVS, TRS and others have jointly urged the government to take immediate steps and resolve the problems in the hostels immediately.
